IA note

A note

Saturday, the 25th.

“Tell us what makes an evening yours.”

The dishes you crave. The neighborhoods you keep coming back to. The little things that turn an ordinary Tuesday into an occasion. Tell us once, and we’ll remember.

When you’re ready, we find the place and make the call. Your name goes in the book, and all that’s left is to show up.

We’re here for any night you want to go out. Late, early, last-minute, or planned a week ahead.

The cuisine.
The dishes you love. The cocktail you can’t say no to. Even the dishes you’d rather skip. We note it all, and never forget.
The dietary.
Allergies, restrictions, the kids’ menu when you need it. We tell the restaurant before you arrive.
The occasion.
Birthdays, anniversaries, first dates, or just a Tuesday worth marking. We let the restaurant know.
The budget.
You set the budget. We plan something beautiful inside it.
The backup.
If your first pick is full, you’re still covered. We line up backups that match exactly what you wanted, ready before we even dial.

Further arrangements

The coveted table.
Some rooms book out months ahead. We keep an eye on the ones worth the wait. Tell us where you’ve been trying to go, and when a seat opens, we move.
The appointments.
The haircut, the nails, the massage. We call for those, too.

VIFrequently asked

A few
questions.

  • How do you actually book the table?

We call. Every reservation starts with a real phone call to the restaurant: your name, your time, and the occasion if there is one. We’ll try twice to get you in. Once the host has you in the book, your confirmation reaches you minutes later.

  • What if the restaurant can’t seat us?

You’re covered. If your first choice can’t fit you in, we already have backups lined up: same neighborhood, same kind of food, same night. You pick one, and we make the call again.

  • Can you get us into places that book out months ahead?

Sometimes, yes. The most-wanted tables release on their own schedule, and those are the ones we watch. Tell us where you’ve been trying to go, and if a seat opens, we move quickly. We can’t promise every room. We can promise you won’t be the one refreshing the page.

  • Do I need to be available when the call happens?

Not at all. Your preferences are already on file, so all you choose is the night. We make the call for you, and the confirmation arrives when it’s done.

  • Is it only dinner?

Mostly, but not only. Members also hand us the haircut, the nails, the massage. We make those calls the same way we make the dinner ones.

  • Can I cancel my membership?

    Anytime, right from your profile.

  • Does it sound real?

Our callers sound like seasoned concierges who’ve booked a thousand tables: calm, warm, and brief. We use best-in-class AI, and we’re proud of how it comes across. Every call is recorded, so you can listen to yours anytime in the app.
